Shipping

Everything is done to ensure that you have your order as soon as possible. Packages are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your payment from Monday to Friday on working days. Orders placed before 10 a.m. can be dispatched the same day.

You will receive a number by e-mail that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Standard delivery is Monday through Saturday.

Payment in 4x, divide purchases of an amount ranging from €30 to €2,000 into 4 monthly payments without interest and without late fees. You must reside in France and have a PayPal account. 4X Payment may be unavailable for the purchase of certain goods and services. Subject to acceptance by PayPal.
Returns exchanges

You have two weeks to return your package. You can edit your return label through your online account, click on the ‘Save my return’ button in the shipping email you received or use the contact form.

After returning the item(s) to our warehouse, you will be credited within 30 days using the same payment method as when purchased.

For your return to be accepted and processed, please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and remain unused and in new condition. If a product has been personalised, it unfortunately cannot be returned.
